About Me
I am Estela Altoé, a Health & Fitness enthusiast and professional from Brazil to the world.
Since a very young age, I was surrounded by what would become the principles of a healthy life.
My mom was always cooking natural, healthy foods and my dad supported me to play all kinds of sports.
When I was about 13 years old I started going to the gym and ever since I have never stopped.
Now living in The Netherlands for the past 4 years to help you become, finally, your best version.
A version that you will be very proud of and carry those results for the rest of your life.
