I am Estela Altoé, a Health & Fitness enthusiast and professional from Brazil to the world.

Since a very young age, I was surrounded by what would become the principles of a healthy life.

My mom was always cooking natural, healthy foods and my dad supported me to play all kinds of sports.

When I was about 13 years old I started going to the gym and ever since I have never stopped.

Now living in The Netherlands for the past 4 years to help you become, finally, your best version.

A version that you will be very proud of and carry those results for the rest of your life.

Principles

  • Learn the correct technique of the exercises.

  • Learn to embrace your core to improve your posture and secure your back, avoiding injuries.

  • Understand your own body and how it needs to move. Everyone is different.

  • Learn how to squeeze the right muscles to shape your body. Muscle-mind connection.

  • Learn to challenge yourself because you can always do a bit more than you think.

  • Keep Repeating until you master it.

  • Personal Trainer since 2015, over 500 clients around the world

  • Group Training Lessons since 2017 (Functional Training, Bootcamp & Circuit training)

  • Online Trainer since 2015, over 700 clients around the world

  • Bachelor of Kinesiology/Educação Física at the University of Espírito Santo - Brazil (2010-2015)

  • Undergrad student of Kinesiology at the University of Tennessee-USA

  • Nutritional Coach Level 1 by Precision Nutrition

  • Training focused on Women

  • Knee, Lower back, and Core Training

  • Post-Rehabilitation 

  • Exercise during and after Pregnancy

  • Functional Training
